Balanced nutrition is a must for peak physical performance.
American diets, frequently based around microwaveable and heat pasteurized foods, are woefully inadequate. Processed "convenience meals" are bereft of essential minerals and a poor choice for sustained energy.
I seek to re-awaken your palate. I will supervise shopping and/or prepare my own healthy recipes to the extent you are interested, for an additional fee.
